I called Nexus Gutters for a long overdue ‘overdue’ gutter cleaning. Tedd answered the phone and took my information. After sending him a few photos of my home - Tedd promptly sent me a reasonably priced quote. Yesterday - Tedd had Ethan show up and perform the gutter cleaning at our home. Ethan did an amazing job - he cleaned out the gutters on our 2 story home by hand - collecting all the debris for final removal from my property. I let Ethan know about some concerns about potentially plugged down spouts - Ethan made sure they were all clear. After hand removal of debris - Ethan washed down all the gutters and showed me that each down spout was running smoothly. Nexus left my property clean - all debris removed. A total professional job - Ethan could not have been nicer and easy to work with. Tedd called the same evening - asking if I was satisfied - great customer service. My advice - only use Nexus and ask for Ethan!!! Great service all around. Thank you Nexus.

We just replaced an old gutter system on a shop building. From my first phone call to completion of the job, Todd was responsive, easy to communicate with and very professional. Ethan did the installation with similar professionalism, completing the work quickly, just as requested. I asked for a minor change in how the gutters were installed and Ethan made the requested changes without questioning and without whining about adjusting the original price quote. I had called a couple of different companies to get a quote on putting up gutters on our house. Tedd responded almost immediately with availability to come out to take a look at what we have going on. I have never heard back from the other couple of companies I had left messages with. He was on time for the scheduled consultation and extremely respectful. He is very knowledgeable about their products and services. As we all know, there are some issues regarding some so called contractors scamming people. These guys are not one of them. He asked if I had concerns about being scammed and then provided me with all of the requested documents. By the way, they are on the website but I also double checked with the state. We gave them 50% payment for materials. True to his word, we were scheduled for installation within three weeks of the quote approval. Ethan and Tedd showed up on time and got right to work. They were very professional, clean, and respectful. When they finished they did not leave a mess behind. The only way one would know they had been here was the beautiful gutters now installed on our house. We purchased snow brakes that we are going to install ourselves. They offered to install them for us. They were very understanding in that we would do it. We have done everything else building our home and are on a budget that we have to stick to. I recommend Nexus Gutters Co LLC with 100% confidence that you will be happy with their work and work ethic. Thank you so much Tedd and Ethan! We love our new gutters. Now it needs to rain! These guys are really great! They came out on an emergency call with clogged gutters that another company had installed, with gutter guards that did not do the job. They showed me the gutters were not mounted properly and had a different system to keep the debris out. I am hoping to work with them in the future, as far as maintenance of their install.

Our neighbor mentioned that they were getting an estimate to replace their gutters by a company named Nexus. We asked if they would send the estimator over to our house to give us an estimate to replace gutters on our house. On May 4th, Tedd Kariniemi, introduced himself, measured our house and provided a cost estimate. Less than a week later we got a call from Tedd letting us know that he finished a job early and had time enough to install new gutters on our house that afternoon. Tedd and his crew arrived and went to work removing the old gutters, making and installing new gutters. They finished the job that afternoon. My wife and I are very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism that Tedd and his Nexus crew displayed and the quality of their work. After calling 2 other gutter service companies in the Flathead who did not even return my call in over a week, I called Nexus. They were able to estimate my project gutter cleaning for my house in one day. And they did quality work within one week of my order. Workman was respectful of my concerns with gutter wiring, cleaned old foam out of the gutters, checked for leaks, cleaned the gutters and down spouts. He also cleaned up the debris after. Am very pleased this is done and in a professional manner. Their billing process is electronically efficient as well.

Nexus did a fantastic job for us. Replaced our problem gutters and installed snow breaks and downspouts to solve our runoff problems. Ethan went above and beyond with his repairs of our gutter system, cleaning them out, ensuring everything drained appropriately. Tedd was great to work with. I saw their trailer parked in front of a neighbors house, stopped, talked with Ethan, called Tedd, and they had all repairs done later that afternoon. I appreciated the photos and videos they provided to show essentially before and after. It is obvious that they put the customer first and that they are proud of the excellent work they do (as they should be). Tedd did an excellent job of communicating with me after I awarded him the contract.. and worked with me as the weather impacted the schedule of the roofers. He came when he said he would and he got the job done on time. He went above and beyond. When it became apparent we needed to paint under the gutters, he was willing to do that for a reasonable additional fee so we could stay on schedule. This was the best experience I have had with a company. First of all they answered the phone when I called , a great start. The owner Ted came and gave me a bid right away . My first bid from another company was Leaf filter I believe. My house only needed 56 linear feet but my bid was $18,000 , yes that amount is correct, so I went with Nexus at 1/10th the price. Work is outstanding , crew was fast and efficient. Thank you guys !

I had some issues with our gutter in the back of the house. Bracket screws broken and the gutter was angled to hold water instead of draining it. I searched on google for Gutter repair companies after trying to contact the company that originally installed the gutters. I picked Nexus to try because it looked like a small single owner company. I called Ted, the owner, yesterday afternoon. He came over within two hours and gave me an estimate. He came back this morning and went well over and above what I asked him to fix. Ted did an awesome job with great attention to detail. I overheard him tell his helper to move a piece they were hanging by 1/8 of an inch. That told me a lot!
