Even though he was booked out a month from then, he was able to work our gutter job in in just a couple weeks instead of the month he had thought. Tedd did an excellent job of communicating with me after I awarded him the contract.. and worked with me as the weather impacted the schedule of the roofers. He came when he said he would and he got the job done on time. He went above and beyond. When it became apparent we needed to paint under the gutters, he was willing to do that for a reasonable additional fee so we could stay on schedule.
